Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Ault Cyber Partners collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell personal information.
Effective date: June 10, 2026
Who we are
Ault Cyber Partners ("we," "us") is a technology and security consultancy based in San Diego, California, serving clients across the United States. This website, aultcyberpartners.com, is our public site. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@aultcyberpartners.com.
Information we collect
Information you provide. If you submit our contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company name, the service you're interested in, and your message. That's the only personal information this site is designed to collect.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — used for security and to keep the site running. This site does not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use information
We use the information you provide for exactly what you'd expect: responding to your inquiry, scheduling and conducting consultations, delivering services you engage us for, and keeping records of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers we rely on
A small number of vendors process data on our behalf to make this site work:
Form processing. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., which transmits your submission to our email and retains a copy subject to its own privacy policy.
Hosting and content delivery. Our website hosting and domain providers process standard technical data (such as server logs) needed to serve the site. This site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google in the process.
Scheduling. Appointments booked through our “Book a Discovery Call” links are processed by Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365. The information you provide when booking (such as your name, email, and meeting details) is handled by Microsoft under its own privacy policies and used by us to conduct the appointment.
We choose providers with established privacy practices, and we share with them only what's necessary to provide their function.
Confidentiality in client engagements
Our consulting work routinely involves access to sensitive client systems and information. That work is governed by the confidentiality terms of each engagement agreement, which go well beyond this website policy. Information learned during an engagement is used solely to deliver the engaged services.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and engagement records for as long as professional and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time using the contact below.
Your choices and rights
You can browse this site without providing any personal information. If you've contacted us, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you provided by emailing info@aultcyberpartners.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information a business collects and to request its deletion; we honor these requests and, as stated above, do not sell personal information.
Security
We apply the same discipline to our own information handling that we bring to client work: minimal collection, restricted access, and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information entrusted to us.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted clearly.
